5. The Three-Party Data Model
This is one of the most important sections of this Privacy Policy.
When a Reviewer participates through TrustByReviews, certain information may be held or used by three types of parties.
5.1 TrustByReviews
We hold information as the operator of the platform.
We use it to operate the Services, publish reviews, verify reviewers, deliver rewards, support mediation, prevent fraud, manage communications, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with advertisers, list brokers, or unrelated marketers.
5.2 The Business You Reviewed
The business you reviewed may receive your name, contact information, review content, rating, feedback, mediation responses, and related interaction details.
The business may use this information to:
1. respond to your review;
2. follow up on your experience;
3. resolve concerns;
4. manage its customer relationship with you;
5. deliver or coordinate rewards;
6. maintain business records;
7. communicate with you, where it has proper consent or legal basis.
Communications from a specific business are separate from communications from TrustByReviews.
Business Subscribers are required to comply with applicable privacy and communications laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, CASL, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable laws. We are not responsible for a business’s independent privacy practices after information has been shared with that business as part of the review or feedback process.
If you have a privacy concern about a specific business, contact that business directly. You may also contact us at [email protected] and we may assist where practical.
5.3 SaversApp and TBR Cash-Back Rewards
TBR Cash-Back Rewards may be powered by SaversApp under a gray-label technology and fulfillment arrangement.
If you choose to enroll in TBR Cash-Back Rewards, we may share the minimum information needed with SaversApp, which may include your name, email address, phone number, reward activity, app activity, cashback activity, and related account information.

If you install the TBR Cash-Back Rewards app, the app and supporting infrastructure may be operated by SaversApp under the TBR Cash-Back Rewards brand. Push notifications, app-based messages, cashback confirmations, and related program experiences may be delivered through that app.
You control push notifications through your device operating system settings.
If you do not enroll in TBR Cash-Back Rewards, no information is shared with SaversApp for that program.

5. rating;
6. written review;
7. approved transcript;
8. audio or video submission, where applicable and approved.
Your full contact information, such as full email address, phone number, full address, or full last name, is not published with the review unless you separately choose to provide it publicly.
Once content is published, it may be indexed, cached, archived, copied, quoted, or displayed by search engines, AI assistants, archives, downstream publishing networks, or other third parties outside our control.
7. Voice, Audio, and Video Reviews
7.1 What We Do With Voice and Video Submissions
If you participate through the VoiceReview Engine™ or submit audio/video content, we may:
1. record the submission;
2. store the recording;
3. transcribe the recording;
4. lightly clean the transcript for clarity, punctuation, filler words, or readability;
5. generate an AI-assisted version for review or approval where available;
6. allow you to review, edit, or approve the transcript where available;
7. display or publish the recording and/or approved transcript;
8. retain the original submission for audit, quality, fraud prevention, consent, support, and legal purposes.
7.2 What We Do Not Do With Voice Recordings
We do not:
1. use your voice recording for biometric identification;
2. use your voice recording for voice fingerprinting;
3. use your voice recording to train commercial voice-cloning systems;
4. sell your voice recording;
5. share your voice recording with unrelated advertisers or data brokers.
7.3 Recording Consent
By choosing to submit audio or video feedback, you consent to the recording, storage, transcription, processing, review, display, and use of that submission according to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
You should only record yourself unless all other people captured in the recording have consented to being recorded and submitted.
Some jurisdictions require consent from all parties to a recorded conversation. Users and businesses are responsible for complying with any applicable one-party, two-party, or all-party consent requirements before submitting or requesting audio or video content.
8. SMS, Email, Push Notifications, and TBR Community Messages
8.1 Types of Messages You May Receive
Depending on your activity and consent choices, you may receive:

TBR community messages are sent by TrustByReviews in its own voice and on its own behalf. They are not third-party advertisements for unrelated businesses.
8.3 Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies depending on your activity. Message and data rates may apply.
We aim to keep communications relevant and reasonable.
8.4 How to Opt Out
You may opt out of TBR communications at any time.

8.5 Push Notifications
If you install the TBR Cash-Back Rewards app, you may receive push notifications through the app.
Push notifications are controlled through your device settings, not SMS opt-out commands.
You can disable push notifications through your iOS or Android settings, or by uninstalling the app.
8.6 Messages From Businesses
If you receive communications directly from a business you reviewed, those messages are sent by that business, not by TBR.
Opting out of TBR communications does not automatically stop communications from that business. To stop business-specific communications, use the unsubscribe or opt-out method provided by that business or contact the business directly.

3. Voice recordings: We will delete voice recordings from TBR-controlled systems following a verified deletion request, subject to legal, fraud prevention, audit, or operational limitations.
4. TBR Cash-Back Rewards: If you enrolled in TBR Cash-Back Rewards, deletion may also require SaversApp to delete or anonymize program records, subject to legal and fulfillment retention requirements.
5. Consent and audit records: We may retain consent logs, timestamps, IP records, disclosure versions, and related metadata for legal, regulatory, audit, and fraud prevention purposes.
9.3 California Residents
