Reward Credits are the flexible campaign currency inside TrustByReviews. They power rewards, email sends, SMS sends, and premium campaign activity. Core feedback collection, review intake, and mediation are not reduced by credit usage.
Monthly subscription credits refresh every billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs can be used as top-ups and do not expire.

Yes. Credit packs can be added as needed. Upgrading is usually better for ongoing volume because the new tier includes a larger monthly allowance.
When you upgrade, the new tier allowance becomes available immediately so you can keep campaigns moving.
There is no standard setup fee listed for Pro, Growth, or Platinum. Enterprise deployments may include custom onboarding or integration scope.
